1. There is no such thing as 100% crystal
2. Highest lead content a cut crystal can have is about 32%
3. Hand-cut crystal is a type where the crystal is cut by hand and polished on a wood wheel.
4. Full Lead Crystal means that the crystal has at least 30% or more lead content.
